Carla is a registered psychologist. Carla has completed Masters level education in Psychology and specialised training in eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
Carla is a highly skilled and empathetic psychologist. Carla’s passion for supporting you on your journey and creating positive lasting change is reflected in the warm, non-judgmental space she provides fostering an environment where clients feel heard and supported. Carla will help you begin or continue your healing journey.
Carla has experience working with both adults and adolescents with a broad range of concerns including mood issues, anxiety and phobias, PTSD, complex trauma, dissociation, emotion regulation difficulties, substance use disorders, and self esteem and confidence issues.
